Happy 2nd Birthday Leticia!

Elmo, Barney & balloons are all Leticia's favourite...all hand moulded and set in her favourite colours. Designed to please the kids and flavoured to tickle the adult's palates. Ain't this the best of both worlds?

Turn 90 deg to the left...
And another 90 deg to the back....

Thanks to Leticia's mummy for sending me a slice of the cake. Benearth the pretty decoration lies the mango sponge... centered with 2 layers of fresh mango cubes and cream.

Happy Birthday Rianne!

Rianne's mummy loves my previous bright and colourful "Flowers In The Garden" cupcakes (Click link to view) and wanted me to make them for her 4 year old princess.

Who doesn't love flowers :) Third row, third Cupcake from left is my favourite!! I call it the "Oriental Cupcake". Check out some of the new designs I made for her.

Sesame Street Cupcakes for Leticia

Made these Sesame Street CupCakes for Leticia's classmates in Playgroup.

Leticia's mummy later housed these cupcakes into nice little boxes, ready to give away as party favours to Leticia's classmates and teachers in pre-school.

And all her classmates were so excited over these cute little gifts!!

Little Bakers @ Work!!

These days, kiddy birthday parties never fail to surprise and entertain the kids. Maybe even the adults. With clowns performing magic, balloons sculpture, rented toys and the list goes on....

Last sunday, I was invited as a guest as well as to conduct a hands cupcake baking and decorating class for our birthday boy Nicholas and 8 of his friends. Check out what the kids did.

Welcome to "Little Bakers @ Work"!!
Although they may be only 6 years old (some even younger) but they take their work seriously! The kids did all the weighing, pouring, eggs cracking and creaming. Well, with a little help from their mummies and daddies :)

While the cupcakes were baking away, the kids unleashed their creativity in the fondant decorating session. Daddies helped flatten the fondant while mummies and kids decorated their cupcakes.

Just look at these happy faces and pretty little cupcakes...

At then end of the party, the kids get to bring home their decorated cupcakes.
What a fantastic family bonding session for everyone! Ain't life sweet :)

Happy 6th Birthday Nicholas!

This morning, Nicholas's mummy messaged to tell me that Nicholas likes his cake very much :)
Well, it was a very huge cake...weighing a whopping 3+kg even before the figurines went on top.
I think it fed 30 over people and still had some leftovers!

More Princess and Pooh

Ashling and Casey's mummy ordered more cupcakes for the twins' celebration in school.
It's still Princess and Pooh, but this time round, I piped some icing on top of the cupcakes instead of fondant.
Hmmm...just wondering at the back of my mind which design would they prefer... What about you guys?
